Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information CaMeL Hub collects when you use our website and API, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Who Operates CaMeL Hub
CaMeL Hub (api.camel-hub.com) is owned and operated by Nodexi Agentics, LLC, a Colorado, United States limited liability company. References to “we,” “us,” or “CaMeL Hub” in this policy mean Nodexi Agentics, LLC.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three broad categories:
- Account information — the email address, username, and password you provide when you register.
- Usage data — API call records, which models you used, token consumption, IP address and device/user-agent information, and the URL of any web application associated with a request.
- Payment information — the minimum needed to process a purchase (for example, top-up amount and payment method); full card numbers and similar sensitive payment details are handled directly by our payment processors and never touch our servers.
How We Collect Information
Most information comes directly from you when you register, use, or pay for the Service. Some is collected automatically through cookies, log files, and similar technologies. In limited cases (for example, fraud checks) we may receive information from third-party service providers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to: provide the Service and process API requests; create and manage your account and verify your identity; process payments, issue statements, and manage subscriptions; analyze usage patterns to improve reliability and performance; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats; and, where you've agreed to it, send service notices and updates.
API Request Content
“API request content” means the prompts and other input you send through the API, and the responses the underlying models generate.
We do not use content sent through the API to train our own models, and we do not proactively review API request content. Once a request is routed to the underlying model vendor, that vendor's own data-handling practices apply to how they process and (if at all) retain the request — some vendors retain prompts briefly or not at all, while a few offer reduced pricing in exchange for anonymized data collection. Check the relevant model's page for details on the vendor's data policy where available.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. Third parties we work with may only use your information to perform the specific function we've engaged them for. We may share information:
- With service providers who help us run the Service — payment processors, cloud and network infrastructure providers, and analytics tools.
- When required by law or to respond to a valid legal process such as a court order or subpoena.
- When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of CaMeL Hub, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Data Security
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk with layered protections:
- Encryption in transit — all API traffic is encrypted via TLS/SSL.
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data, using industry-standard methods.
- Access controls that limit staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
- Periodic review of our security practices.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
International Data Processing
CaMeL Hub's infrastructure spans multiple regions operated by established cloud and network providers; we do not commit to processing data in a single country or region. If you access the Service from outside the jurisdiction where a given server is located, your information will be transferred to and processed in that jurisdiction, which may have different data protection laws than where you live. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

You can update most account information yourself from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, use the account settings page or contact us using the details below.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, protect, and improve the Service and to remember your preferences. Using the Service means you consent to this use. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some site functionality.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we've collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site, and we'll update the “last updated” date below. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
