Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Nodexi Agentics, LLC, doing business as CaMeL Hub (“we,” “us,” or “CaMeL Hub”), governing your access to and use of our website, API, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What CaMeL Hub Is

CaMeL Hub is an LLM API aggregation platform that provides access to a range of AI models — including but not limited to models in the GPT, Claude, and Gemini families — through a unified, OpenAI-compatible API. CaMeL Hub does not develop or train the underlying models; it routes and bills requests to third-party model vendors.

We may add, change, or remove models at any time, including models marked “experimental” that are still being evaluated for demand and operating cost. For a non-experimental model we intend to remove, we will generally: post a notice through our official channels; for a period, reroute requests for that model to a comparable model in price and capability; and, after a grace period of at least two weeks, stop rerouting and return a 404 error for further requests to the removed model.

Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use CaMeL Hub. By using the Service you represent that you meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use. Some AI models accessible through CaMeL Hub can generate content unsuitable for minors.

Using the Service may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and to keep it that way. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You're responsible for keeping your API keys secure. A leaked API key can lead to unauthorized use and additional charges, and we are not responsible for losses resulting from a compromised key.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law. You may not:

Your Content

You are solely responsible for everything you submit through our API and for any output you receive from the models (“Your Content”). You retain all rights to Your Content. We do not monitor or control the content you create or process using the Service and are not responsible for it.

Fees, Billing & Payment

The Service may be paid. Current prices and billing terms are published on the Service and may change from time to time; all fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

We bill based on API call volume, token consumption, or another usage metric, depending on the model and plan involved — see the Pricing and Models pages for details.

You can fund your account with top-up credit or a subscription plan, paid by supported card, wallet, or local payment method (Alipay, WeChat Pay, and others as available). Fees, once charged, are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or stated otherwise in this section. We use third-party payment processors to handle payments securely; non-crypto payments may incur additional processing fees. If a payment you made is subject to a fraud dispute or chargeback, the corresponding credit may be reversed and you may be responsible for dispute-handling costs.

Model usage is billed against your CaMeL Hub account balance according to actual usage (per-token, or per-call for a small number of models). Balance can be funded through one-time top-ups or subscription plans instead.

Intellectual Property & Feedback

The Service and its original content, features, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. Using the Service does not transfer any of our intellectual property rights to you. CaMeL Hub and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.

Service Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, and are not liable for doing so. We may update our API from time to time; we'll try to give reasonable notice of breaking changes, but you're responsible for keeping your integration compatible with the current API version.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, delays, or other performance issues.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaMeL Hub, its operator Nodexi Agentics, LLC, and their suppliers, partners, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost data.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CaMeL Hub, Nodexi Agentics, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) Your Content infringing a third party's rights.

Third-Party Models & Trademarks

The Service provides access to third-party AI models. Those models are provided and controlled by their respective owners, and we are not responsible for their performance, accuracy, or availability. Trademarks and product names of any model vendor referenced through the Service belong to their respective owners; their appearance here describes API compatibility only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The Service may also link to or include third-party websites or content that we don't control, endorse, or take responsibility for.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; to delete your account, follow the instructions in your account settings.

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice. We may also terminate any user's access at any time, for any reason or no reason, with notice where practicable.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions relating to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy (see /en/privacy-policy). Using the Service means you agree to our collection and use of information as described there.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your relationship with CaMeL Hub under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

General Provisions

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CaMeL Hub regarding use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements. We may modify these Terms at any time; modified Terms take effect once published, and continued use of the Service means you accept them.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. You may not assign or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may freely assign these Terms.
